Job Details:

The Club Repair Specialist performs all club performance modifications according to customer needs and provides a superior club repair experience by offering product and service recommendations, and constructing or modifying clubs as needed. The specialist also manages inventory by accurately recording shop consumption, usage, and waste.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Conducting positive and exceptional club-fitting processes to meet customer needs.
  2. Operating phone systems and basic computer applications.
  3. Sharing knowledge effectively with others.
  4. Communicating effectively and prioritizing tasks to promote the customer experience.
  5. Operating shop equipment safely in compliance with safety programs.
  6. Completing order forms and repair tags accurately.
  7. Having thorough knowledge of club-making and repair techniques, product features, and benefits.
  8. Recognizing ways to improve processes.
  9. Performing other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications include:

  • A positive, guest-centric attitude with good listening and responding skills.
  • Prior knowledge of custom fitting and club repair principles.
  • Ability to work with chemicals, fumes, and airborne particles safely.
  • Effective communication with associates and customers.
  • Knowledge of processing information via computer and POS systems.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business reports and data accurately.
  • Physical ability to access all store areas and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Availability to work varied hours/days as needed.

Experience required: 12-24 months of related experience.
