The Titleist Shop at Padgett Center Associate supports the daily operations of the Titleist Shop at the Padgett Center by assisting with club and golf ball fitting operations, retail sales, guest service, and shop organization. This hourly position plays a key role in delivering a high‑quality, professional, and welcoming experience for members, resort guests, and the greater golfing community. The associate works closely with PGA Professionals, Fitters, and Shop leadership to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations and exceptional service standards.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum of three months related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
This job has no supervisory responsibilities.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
