Job summary

Parsons Xtreme Golf (PXG) is seeking an R&D Intern to support the team with product testing, fixture and machine design, and data analysis for golf club development. You will collect performance data, document results, and collaborate on design improvements while working with senior engineers.

Applicants should be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Materials Engineering, with strong CAD skills and a passion for golf. Office-based role with potential local travel may apply.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field.
• Genuine interest in golf and golf equipment knowledge is preferred.
• Experience with CAD software and basic data analysis is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and document mechanical components and assemblies per engineering standards.
• Assist with fixture & machine design and test equipment preparation.
• Collect and analyze performance data using Trackman or GCQuad.
• Document test results and collaborate with R&D on findings.
• Contribute to process improvement and data analysis tools.
