Job summary

PGA TOUR operates the Practice Facility at TPC San Antonio and seeks a Coordinator to ensure cleanliness, service, and smooth operations for players, members, and guests. This role is the direct liaison within the facility and supports daily setups and walk-throughs.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma, basic golf knowledge, and prior customer service experience, with a willingness to work outdoors and respond to facility needs throughout shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Basic knowledge of golf and experience in a golf country club or similar preferred.
• Must have previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Set up & breakdown the PGA TOUR Practice Facility according to PGA TOUR Golf Course Properties guidelines.
• Genuinely welcome players, members, and guests as they enter the Practice Facility area; provide a brief history of the facility and courses.
• Orient players, members, and guests to the Practice Facility and guide them to desired areas.
• Set up players at individual practice stations; ensure supplies like balls, tees, and yardages are available.
• Maintain visibility and assist players, members, and guests; clean clubs as needed and answer questions.
• Coordinate Next to Tee with caddies (where available) and transition players to the 1st tee with on-duty staff.
• Ensure Practice Facility is maintained per standards, including stocked water, cleaning solution, trash removal, and equipment upkeep.
