Responsibilities

• Greet Members and Guests upon arrival, providing a friendly and welcoming experience.
• Set up, maintain, and close all golf practice facilities daily.
• Ensure practice areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout the day.
• Prepare, stage, clean, and properly store golf carts before and after use.
• Assist Members and Guests with transporting golf bags between the bag drop, staging areas, and clubhouse.
• Clean golf clubs following play and ensure bags are returned to their designated storage areas.
• Organize and maintain the golf bag storage room to ensure equipment is properly stored and easily accessible.
• Prepare and stage golf bags for Members and Guests, including loading bags onto pushcarts or golf carts as needed.
• Assist with daily opening and closing procedures to ensure golf operations run smoothly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional appearance throughout all outside service areas.
• Provide attentive and courteous service to Members and Guests, assisting with requests as needed.

The Outside Services Staff plays an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable golf experience for our Members and Guests.
