Job summary

The 500 Club is seeking a Golf: Outside Services team member in North Carolina. You will work with the Pro Shop Manager, Outdoor Experience Manager, and Director of Golf to ensure a smooth, courteous member experience while keeping outdoor areas clean and ready, including the driving range, Short Track, Graveyard, and golf cart fleet.

Shifts run 6:00 AM–10:00 PM, Monday through Sunday. Compensation is $13.00 per hour plus tips, meal discounts, and golf playing privileges.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests in a warm, friendly, professional manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of outside operational areas.
• Open and close daily operations according to procedures.
• Keep cart staging areas organized and free of congestion.
• Clean, inspect, and prepare golf carts for daily use.
• Manage cart fleet operations including charging and stocking supplies.
• Oversee the driving range, ball inventory, picking, and setup.
• Maintain the Short Track and Graveyard areas.
• Monitor guest usage and flow across outdoor golf entertainment areas.
• Assist golf shop staff with tournament setup and staging.
