Job summary

Equity LifeStyle Properties is hiring for a Golf outside service-3 position in Mesa, Arizona. The Golf Starter will control play pace, greet golfers, and provide course information at the first tee, while coordinating with Rangers to maintain pace of play and customer satisfaction.

The role requires flexibility for early/late shifts including weekends and holidays, with basic golf knowledge and exceptional customer service. A valid driver's license is required.

• Monitor and attend to any issues to ensure a positive customer experience for players.
