Job summary

Equity Lifestyle Properties (ELS) in Mesa, Arizona, is hiring for the Golf Outside Service-10 role. The Golf Starter sets the pace of play, greets golfers, checks receipts, records basic golfer information, and helps organize starting times.

You will monitor pace of play with Rangers, inform players of rules, and ensure a positive customer experience for golfers. The role requires flexible hours, basic golf knowledge, strong customer service, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Ability to work early/late hours, including weekdays, weekends and holidays as required.
• Basic knowledge of golf preferred.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license.
