Job summary

Arcis Golf is hiring a 2nd Assistant Golf Professional at The Woodlands Country Club, Trails Course, The Woodlands, TX. This role supports Golf Professionals in daily operations and delivers premier service to members and guests.

The position leads Outside Services, golf shop, and tournament operations while assisting with clinics, junior programs, and player development for a premier club experience.

Qualifications

• Maintain PGA membership in good standing (or be actively pursuing).
• Experience supervising golf operations staff.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to manage tournaments and events.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Outside Services, Golf Shop Attendants, and Starters/Marshals.
• Ensure premier member service.
• Assist Golf Professionals with operations.
• Assist golfer check-in and fee collection; manage play.
• Support opening/closing procedures.
• Assist with weekly tournaments and events.
• Coordinate clinics and junior golf programs with Player Development.
• Lead staff development and scheduling.
