Job summary

Indian Canyons Golf Resort in Palm Springs, CA is seeking an Assistant Golf Pro to support daily golf operations, tee sheet management, and staff supervision. Responsibilities include assisting with tournaments, clinics, and private lessons, while delivering excellent customer service.

The role involves assisting the 1st Assistant Golf Professional, managing shop duties, and contributing to a positive guest experience in a fast-paced golf environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• PGA/LPGA member or apprentice in good standing.
• 1-2 years as an assistant pro.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the golf shop, manage daily tee sheets, check in guests, and collect green fees.
• Assist in organizing, staging, and operation of group outings.
• Help maintain golf shop displays, receiving and tagging merchandise.
• Assist Merchandise Manager with monthly inventory counts.
• Support golf clinics and occasionally provide private golf lessons.
• Customer Service.
• Oversees Outside Services and Golf Shop Assistants.
• Assist 1st Assistant Golf Pro.
