Arcis Golf is seeking a dedicated Golf Operations Manager to lead daily golf operations at White Columns Country Club in Milton, GA. The role involves managing the Pro Shop, tee sheets, events, and maintaining high service standards for members and guests.

The ideal candidate will have proven golf operations experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and a passion for delivering an exceptional golf experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in golf operations management or a related role.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of golf industry trends, rules, and etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Pro Shop, including merchandise sales, tee time reservations, and member services.
• Manage tee sheet and coordinate tee times to optimize course utilization.
• Monitor pace of play and implement strategies for efficient, enjoyable golf experiences.
• Plan and execute golf events, tournaments, and outings with cross-team coordination.
• Supervise and train Pro Shop staff, starters, and rangers; schedule coverage for peak hours and events.
