PGA TOUR, Inc's TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, CT hosts the Travelers Championship and offers a Golf Operations Internship at a premier facility. Two internship tracks are available: Inside Golf Operations and Outside Golf Operations, with hands-on experience in shop operations, member and guest service, tournament management, and day‑to‑day golf administration.

Interns work alongside experienced Golf Professionals, receive mentorship, and pursue progress toward PGA of America Membership,

Qualifications

• Students enrolled in a Professional Golf Management (PGM) program or pursuing a career as a PGA Professional.

Responsibilities

• Assist in golf operations shop, member and guest service, merchandising, tee time management, tournaments, and day-to-day golf administration.
• Support PGA TOUR‑level tournament operations and event management.
• Gain supervised experience toward PGA of America Membership and develop skills for a premier golf environment.
