Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Enrolled in a PGA PGM Program or pursuing a career in golf management.
• For field roles only: Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist outside golf operations including cart staging, event preparation, practice facility management, and golf cart fleet operations.
• Support tournament and event preparation, registration, scoring, and execution.
• Assist golf shop operations, including check-in, tee sheet management, and merchandise sales.
• Assist golf professionals with clinics, junior golf programs, and member events.
• Seeks feedback from supervisors to identify opportunities for improvement and apply learnings.
• For field roles: travel/drive at least 25% of working time as required.
