Job summary

Wild Spring Dunes, a premier golf resort in East Texas, seeks an Assistant Golf Professional to support day-to-day golf operations and guest experiences. You will work closely with the Golf Professional team to manage tee sheets, guest check-ins, and shop interactions while upholding our hospitality standards.

The role requires a college degree (preferred) and PGA Class A or Apprentice enrollment is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; PGA Class A or enrollment in PGA Apprentice Program may be required.
• 1 year of relevant experience in golf operations; 2–3 years in leadership/supervisory roles preferred.
• Proven experience in high-end customer service, hospitality, and golf operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional daily golf operations by executing service standards and SOPs with the Golf Professional team.
• Manage tee times, guest check-in, and golf shop interactions as a visible host for guests, founders, and visitors.
• Coordinate Starters, Hosts, Outside Services, and Valet teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and on-course flow.
• Assist in setup and execution of tournaments, events, and group outings across golf, caddie, F&B, and guest services.
• Provide instruction, clinics, and player development to enhance guest experience at Wild Spring Dunes.
