We are seeking a dedicated Golf Merchandise Manager to oversee retail operations at Baltimore Country Club, a prestigious golf and social club founded in 1898, located near downtown Baltimore. The club boasts over 3,200 members and has a storied history of hosting major golf events, including the US Open.

Role Overview

The Merchandise Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of retail operations within the Golf Pro Shop, including product selection, inventory management, merchandising displays, and sales strategies. The role aims to provide Members and Guests with a superior shopping experience through well-stocked, attractive, and profitable retail spaces. The manager will work with vendors, analyze sales trends, and train staff to ensure outstanding customer service.
