Schulte Boutique + Lifestyle is seeking a dynamic Player Services Associate for Saint Johns Resort. You will deliver high-level hospitality, assist members and guests, and support drive-range and practice facilities with a strong service mindset.

Ideal candidates bring resort/hotel experience, reception or POS familiarity, and comfort with Microsoft Office tools. The role requires flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a welcoming, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Preferred 2 years resort/hotel experience.
• Reception and point of sale experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Excel/Word/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Maintain clean, organized cart staging area and facilities.
• Present and manage golf carts and related equipment (GPS).
• Clean clubs and assist guests with bag drop and parking.
• Communicate with inside staff, first tee, and grounds crew as needed.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to members and guests.
