Job summary

The Club at Carlton Woods in The Woodlands, TX is seeking golf-knowledgeable, customer-service oriented individuals to join our Outside Services team. This prestigious club requires candidates available to work 3–5 days per week, including weekends.

If you love golf and have a great attitude, you’ll assist with cart operations, bag room, bag drop, and range upkeep while delivering world-class service to members and guests. Pay is $12.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with a strong customer-first mindset.
• Golf experience is preferred but not required.
• Candidates with relevant hospitality roles are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Stage and manage golf carts.
• Maintain the bag room and cart barn.
• Assist at the bag drop.
• Maintain the practice range.
• Cheerfully interact with members and guests while delivering world-class customer service.
• Perform additional Outside Services duties as needed.
