Wild Spring Dunes is seeking an Outside Operations Attendant to support Golf Professionals and deliver world-class service to Founders & Guests. You will help manage daily golf operations, keep facilities clean, and ensure guest areas are ready for a seamless experience.

The role requires a high school diploma, a customer-focused mindset, and flexibility to work nights and weekends. Join us in Texas for an authentic, hospitality-driven golf resort experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Pursuing or completed degree in Professional Golf Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred.
• One year of customer service experience in golf or hospitality industry preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems; multi-task with minimal supervision.
• Flexible hours including nights/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests onto the property with world-class service.
• Shuttle golfers, bags, and caddies to and from the first tee.
• Greet golfers returning from the course, clean clubs, assist with transport and loading.
• Maintain clean, organized workspaces and storage areas.
• Assist in tournaments, outings, and events.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional assistance to guests.
• Ensure all policies are followed.
• Perform other duties as requested by Head Golf Professional.
