Titleist is seeking a dynamic Fitting Specialist to support the St. Louis, MO territory with exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events, tournaments, and Titleist activations. You will leverage TrackMan technology and product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and coordinate event logistics.

This hourly contract role involves roughly 120–125 events per season, mainly Tue–Sat, and requires the ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of club fitting experience
• Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Strong Titleist or golf equipment knowledge with confident presentation abilities
• Experience using fitting technology, including TrackMan and mobile applications
• Highly reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional club fitting experiences at consumer events and Titleist activations
• Coordinate event logistics and manage equipment and displays
• Build lasting relationships with golfers and act as a brand ambassador
• Support approximately 120–125 events per season, mainly Tue–Sat
• Stand outdoors for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs when needed
