Yellowstone Club’s Valet department is currently seeking candidates for Golf Course Valet Attendants.

Responsibilities Include:

1. Meet and greet all arriving/departing Members/guests in a timely manner
2. Park and retrieve Member/guest and customer vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
3. Perform drive and park assignments per department policies/procedures
4. Keep parking areas clean and orderly
5. Provide Member assistance and information, such as giving directions or handling wheelchairs
6. Shuttle Member/guest skis, poles, snowboards from the porte-cochere to the snow, ski valet, or locker room valet
7. Provide cleaning services for vehicles inside and out and fill with gas/other fluids as needed
8. Provide shuttle runs for Members/guests/employees
9. Arrange for storage of Member skis, poles, snowboards and related equipment
10. As needed, provide deliveries/pickups at Mail Center, shuttles to/from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport in Belgrade, and run other errands to Big Sky and Bozeman area, including grocery and dry cleaning pickup
11. Safely transport all passengers
12. Comply with Club traffic, public traffic, and highway safety rules and regulations in operating vehicles
13. Follow written and verbal geographical directions

Position Requirements:

1. HS Diploma, GED or equivalent
2. Must be 20 years of age or older
3. Min 1 year experience in customer service or valet attendant in luxury club or private resort setting
4. Proficient in proper and safe driving of vehicles
5. Must carry current and valid U.S. or International Driver License
6. Driving record that meets Yellowstone Club insurance requirements
7. Able to sit for extended periods of time and use vision, hearing, and hands/arms to drive vehicles
8. Occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
9. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
10. Successful completion of snow driving training provided by Yellowstone Club
11. Must pass pre-employment background check, paid for by employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers
