Atlanta Athletic Club (AAC) is seeking a Turf Technician to maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds, ensuring optimal playing conditions and aesthetics in alignment with AAC's mission and values.

The role involves operating and maintaining turf equipment, preparing the course for daily play, bunkers grooming, safety, and teamwork, with training and growth opportunities within AAC's supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Punctuality and reliability.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform manual labor.
• Willingness to learn turf care practices and equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the golf course for daily play, ensuring high-quality playing conditions.
• Operate and maintain turf equipment including mowers for greens, fairways, tees, collars, approaches, and roughs.
• Maintain and groom bunkers, including hand raking and edging.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for turf and landscape projects.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and report issues to the Superintendent or Equipment Manager.
• Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of safety and teamwork.
