The Club at Ruby Hill in Pleasanton, California is seeking an experienced Golf Course Superintendent to lead all agronomic operations and maintain championship-caliber course conditioning. You will drive maintenance programs, irrigation optimization, budgeting, and staff leadership to elevate the Member and guest experience.

Qualifications

• Degree or certificate in Turfgrass Management, Agronomy, Horticulture, or a related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for the role.
• Experience managing a golf course maintenance budget and staff is highly desirable.

Responsabilités

• Direct and oversee all golf course maintenance operations to ensure exceptional playing conditions and presentation standards.
• Lead, develop, and mentor Assistant Superintendents, Equipment Technicians, and Grounds Maintenance staff.
• Develop agronomic plans, cultural practices, and maintenance programs for healthy turf year-round.
• Manage irrigation systems, water usage, and moisture management programs.
• Oversee fertilizer and pesticide applications in compliance with regulations.
• Develop and administer departmental budgets and monitor financial performance.
