Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in agronomy, horticulture, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance.
• Experience in staff management and training.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass management and horticultural practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules.
• Oversee mowing, watering, fertilizing, and other horticultural activities.
• Monitor turfgrass health and condition; coordinate irrigation maintenance and repairs.
• Supervise maintenance staff; assist in hiring, scheduling, and evaluating staff performance.
• Assist in developing and managing the maintenance budget; prepare reports on course conditions.
