Job summary

Pleasant Point Golf Course is seeking a Golf Course Superintendent to manage maintenance programs, supervise staff, and control budgets to keep greens, fairways, and bunkers in optimal condition for play.

The role requires deep turfgrass knowledge, irrigation and pest control expertise, and a track record of leading maintenance teams in a high-standard golf environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Turfgrass Management or Agronomy or related field OR 5 years as an assistant
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in golf course maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of turfgrass species, irrigation systems, and pest control
• Experience managing budgets and implementing maintenance programs
• Certification for pesticides (required)
• Certification as a Golf Course Superintendent (preferred)
