Job summary

Charles T. Myers Golf Course is seeking a Part-Time Outside Services Lead to join Troon and oversee guest services at Charlotte, NC. You will help manage a small staff, assist guests, and maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a great experience for players and guests.

Role involves coordinating groups, guiding staff, and enforcing course policies while contributing to a hospitality-driven team. High school diploma/ GED and valid license required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1–3 months related experience.
• Frequent standing and lifting up to 50 lb.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic English communication required.

Responsibilities

• Greet golfers at bag drop and unload bags from carts.
• Maintain records of golfers renting clubs and service rentals.
• Ensure upkeep of clubhouse, cart storage, and parking area.
• Assist with range maintenance and inventory of balls.
• Support department manager with training and scheduling.
• Provide guidance to Guest Services associates and colleagues.
