Job summary

Marsh Landing Country Club in Florida is seeking a full-time greenside/Groundskeeper to help condition golf course grounds and landscape. The role begins with early shifts, starting around 5:45 am, and runs in a two-week alternating schedule.

Responsibilities include daily conditioning of playing surfaces, bunker maintenance, mowing, and general landscape tasks as directed by the Director of Agronomy or Assistant Superintendent. Candidates should have a good attitude, be punctual, and dependable.

Qualifications

• Some landscape maintenance experience preferred.
• Must be able to arrive at work by 5:45 am.
• 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Condition golf course grounds and landscape on a daily basis.
• Assist with bunker maintenance and mowing of playing surfaces.
• Support routine golf course maintenance tasks as directed by the Director of Agronomy or Assistant Superintendent.

Type: Full-Time.

Pay: Competitive.

Schedule:

• (Week 1 alternates with Week 2).
• Week 1: Mon-Friday 6-230 with Sat/Sun off.
• Week 2: Mon-Thurs 6-230 with Fri off and work 6-10 Sat/Sun.

Responsibilities include:

• Perform daily tasks necessary to condition golf course grounds and landscape.
• Perform other functions and routine golf course maintenance activities as directed by the Director of Agronomy, or Assistant Golf Course Superintendent including but not limited to bunker maintenance, mowing of playing surfaces, weed eating/landscaping, etc.

Qualified candidates will have the following:

• Some experience is preferred.
• Great attitude.
• Team player.
• Dependability.
• Punctual.
• Must be able to arrive at work at or before 5:45 am.
• At least 18 years of age.
