Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Turf Management, Horticulture, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in golf course maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of turfgrass management and irrigation systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Proficiency in maintenance software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing daily course maintenance tasks.
• Supervise groundskeeping staff to meet high standards.
• Monitor and manage irrigation for turf health.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of golf course equipment.
• Help design and maintain landscaping around the course.
• Ensure maintenance complies with safety and environmental standards.
