Job summary

Founders Group MCC is seeking a grounds crew member at Litchfield - Pawleys Island, SC 29585. This part-time role covers 20-29 hours weekly with an hourly wage of $14.00, and duties include turf maintenance and course setup for daily play.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, knowledge of golf course operations, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme weather. Team-oriented, safety-minded individuals are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have working knowledge of golf course specific operations.
• Must be able to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind).
• Must be able to walk a minimum of five miles daily, lift 70 lbs, and stand or sit for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all aspects of property grounds.
• Maintain bunkers, mow tees, collars, approaches, fairways, rough, greens (walking or riding greens mower).
• Blow clippings and debris.
• Set up golf course for daily play.
• Spread pine straw and mulch, spray weeds.
