Golf Course Maintenance - St Cloud Country Club

St. Cloud Country Club is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team for the upcoming season. We have several opportunities available:

1. Full-time Seasonal (April to November) - 40 hours per week
   Pay: $20 an hour
2. Part-time Seasonal (April to November) - 25 hours per week
   Pay: $18 an hour
3. Part-time Seasonal (May to August) - 25 hours per week
   Pay: $16 an hour

Applicants must be available to work every other weekend. Golf course experience is helpful but not necessary, as we will provide training. A basic knowledge of the game of golf is a plus. Retired applicants and college students who enjoy the game of golf are encouraged to apply! Limited golf privileges available with employment.

Job Purpose

To maintain the golf course at a high level with attention to detail by using all of the resources at the maintenance department's disposal.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate mowing equipment and other golf course equipment.
• Keep all equipment in good, clean working condition.
• Maintain a clean golf course and maintenance complex.
• Report all problems regarding equipment to the Mechanic and/or Assistant Superintendent.
• Complete duties as directed by supervisor in a timely manner.
• Demonstrate courtesy to all Members and Guests at all times.
• Obey all safety procedures.

Qualifications

Must be able to listen to and follow instructions, have a good attitude, and a willingness to work. Experience is a plus, but is not required. Must be able to work early morning start times, and also able to work every other weekend.
