Job summary

You will supervise the maintenance crew while actively participating in course care, irrigation support, and equipment oversight. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of golf course maintenance experience, a valid pesticide applicator license, and the ability to communicate effectively with team members, ideally being bilingual in English and Spanish. This position requires early mornings and outdoor work.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of golf course maintenance experience.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and participate in maintenance of greens, tees, fairways.
• Assist with irrigation scheduling, troubleshooting, and minor repairs.
• Train new team members on equipment use and safety procedures.
