Role

The Golf Course Laborer's role involves routine manual labor in golf course maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and embody the VIVÂMEE Values.
• Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate mowers and string trimmers around greens, tees, and other areas; edge cart paths; maintain sand bunkers.
• Set tee markers and cups daily; maintain ball washers, replace tee towels and flags; remove debris; sand and seed divots.
• Maintain equipment fuel and fluid levels; report issues promptly.
• Water and fertilize tees, greens, and fairways; spray chemicals under supervision.
• Assist in projects like constructing greens, tees, and fairways, including grading, soil preparation, laying sod, and seeding.
• Report equipment malfunctions.
• Operate large machinery such as tractors and loaders when directed.
• Lift at least 50 lbs.
• Maintain hotel and winery grounds, including mulching, planting, and removal of old plants and trees.

Authorities

• Stop work if equipment is not functioning properly to prevent damage.

Accountabilities

• Effectively execute responsibilities within authority limits.
• Report to the Golf Course Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent.
