POSITION SUMMARY

The Golf Course Maintenance position is responsible for performing a variety of routine gardening, maintenance, and facility improvements in support of the activities and operations at Eagle Pointe Golf Club.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Cuts lawns, trim edges around walks, flower beds, and walls daily.
  • Cleans grounds and removes litter daily.
  • Pressure washes mildew from walks, driveways and buildings as needed.
  • Repairs fences, gates, walls and walks.
  • Paints equipment and makes minor repairs as needed.
  • Cleans out drains, backs up toilets, light plumbing as needed.
  • During emergency conditions, all City employees are subject to being called to work in the event of a disaster, such as a hurricane, or other emergency situation and are expected to perform emergency service duties as assigned.
  • Performs any and all other related duties or assignments as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
