Grande Oaks Golf Club, located in Davie, FL, is seeking a full-time Golf Course Maintenance - General Laborer to join Troon. You will support daily course upkeep and club grounds to meet high standards, contributing to an exceptional playing experience for members and guests.

The role involves mowing, bunker maintenance, irrigation tasks, landscaping, and assisting with tournaments and events. Outdoor work, early mornings, and weekends required; teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• Previous landscaping, golf course, or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required

Responsibilities

• Mow greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and other turf areas as assigned
• Perform bunker maintenance including raking, edging, and sand upkeep
• Assist with golf course setup including tee markers, cups, ropes, signage, and ball washers
• Operate hand tools, blowers, trimmers, utility vehicles, and maintenance equipment safely
• Assist with irrigation repairs, watering, and drainage projects
• Perform landscaping duties including trimming, planting, mulching, pruning, and weed removal
• Remove debris, leaves, fallen branches, and trash from the course and grounds
• Assist with fertilizer and pesticide applications under supervision
• Help prepare the course for tournaments, special events, and daily play
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and club policies
