Job summary

Hunters Run Country Club in Boynton Beach, FL, seeks an experienced Landscaping Superintendent to oversee all landscape operations across the clubhouse, entrances, common areas, and three championship golf courses.

This leadership role manages a seven-person team, develops maintenance programs, ensures pest management compliance, budget oversight, and coordination with contractors, with a focus on South Florida plant materials and environmental best practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive landscape management experience, preferably within a golf course, country club, resort, municipality, or large commercial property.
• Florida pesticide applicator license(s) or ability to obtain immediately upon employment.
• Certified Arborist designation through the ISA (International Society of Arboriculture).

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee all landscape maintenance operations across the property (clubhouse grounds, entrances, common areas, and all three golf courses).
• Develop and implement seasonal landscape enhancement plans and monitor conditions for improvements.
• Develop and manage a comprehensive tree maintenance program and maintain tree inventories.
