Job summary

City of Walla Walla is seeking staff to welcome and assist golfers, volunteers and guests at the golf course. You will manage carts, perform light maintenance, and provide information on course rules and play times. Strong customer service and a safe, friendly demeanor are essential.

Must be at least 15 years old with a Food Handlers Card; a background check may be required for older applicants; bilingual ability and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 15 years of age and able to obtain a background check if 18 or older.
• Hold a Food Handlers Card as required by the facility.
• Ability to interact with patrons professionally and safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily golf patrons with a positive, professional manner.
• Cashier and assist with collecting fees and basic accounting.
• Prepare golf carts and equipment for use; assist with maintenance tasks.
• Explain course rules, schedules, and conditions to players.
• Respond to inquiries and assist participants and guests.
