Tree House Brewing Company in Massachusetts is hiring a Seasonal Groundskeeper to care for a 9-hole golf course in Tewksbury. This seasonal, part-time position reports to the Golf Superintendent and offers an hourly rate of $20.00–$24.00, plus eligibility for bonus programs and a robust perks package.

Responsibilities include mowing, divot replacement, weed control, and maintenance of greens, tees and bunkers. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of landscaping and property maintenance required.
• 1+ years of golf course maintenance preferred.
• At least 2 years experience operating a broad range of light equipment.
• Valid Driver's License required.

• Assisting in maintaining a manicured, clean and welcoming 9-hole golf course by mowing fairways and greens, replacing divots, weeding and seeding, and trimming bushes.
• Maintaining course accessibility and appearance using tools, landscaping equipment, and/or chemicals to perform activities required to provide healthy and high-quality.
• Assisting in the planning, organizing and direction of the maintenance and construction of putting greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and bunkers.
• Assisting with all planting, fertilizing and chemical applications, and other care of turf, plants, shrubs and trees on the golf course and surrounding grounds.
• Working alongside the Golf Superintendent and Lead Groundskeeper performing the maintenance and repair of golf course maintenance equipment and fleet.
• Weekend crew responsibilities and expectations with availability for Saturday and Sunday work required.

Tree House is excited to announce the exciting opportunity of Seasonal Golf Course Groundskeeper, who will help maintain the grounds of our 9-hole golf course in Tewksbury, MA. The right candidate will support our groundskeeping team to maintain a pristine landscape aesthetic and golf course playing conditions for our guests. This position is seasonal part-time and will report into the Golf Superintendent.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.00-$24.00, based on expereince. Compensation is only one component of the total rewards package, as this role is eligible for participation in the company bonus program and a robust perks package.

As a Seasonal Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for the following:

Minimum Qualifications

• 1-3 years of landscaping and property maintenance required.
• 1+ years of golf course maintenance preferred.
• At least 2 years experience operating a broad range of light equipment.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in Golf Course Maintenance/Turf Maintenance preferred.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communications skills and high degree of professional maturity.
• High standard of quality course conditions.
• Willing to work in all types of weather conditions.
• Dependable- willing to work early mornings and weekends.
