Job summary

Troon International’s Juniper Preserve is seeking a diligent golf course maintenance team member to support daily duties across fairways, greens, and surrounding areas. The role includes operating riding mowers, edgers, blowers, and other course maintenance equipment, with attention to safety and schedule adherence.

You will log daily activities, assist with irrigation and vegetative care, and collaborate with the maintenance team under supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Basic physical abilities to perform duties as required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to shift start: timely, properly attired, ready for instruction.
• Complete daily log with Daily Standards and break log.
• Operate equipment used in course maintenance.
• Maintain equipment fluids and cleanliness.
• Perform bunker maintenance and irrigation tasks as needed.
• Lead small groups when required.
• Maintain safe work practices and reliable attendance.
