Job summary

Pinehurst, LLC. is seeking a dedicated groundskeeper to handle day-to-day course maintenance at our golf facilities in North Carolina. The role includes setting tee markers, hole locations, mowing, grooming, hand watering, and general upkeep to ensure optimal playability and course aesthetics.

The position requires manual labor, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and working in outdoor conditions. Candidates should be able to work as part of a team and follow golf etiquette and safety

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), and a minimum of one month’s related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Course set up duties to present proper tee marker positions and hole locations; including litter and waste removal, ball washer maintenance, and general care of course amenities.
• Mowing and grooming to maintain playability and high quality appearance; walking and riding equipment used.
• Hand water turf; moving hoses manually and recognizing wilt conditions to keep turf healthy.
• Hand labor such as raking, shoveling, pushing and divot repair to groom the course.
