Job summary

Tustin Ranch Golf Club in Tustin, CA is seeking a full-time Landscaper to maintain turf, trees, shrubs and flowers across the property. You will operate mowers, weed trimmers, and utility vehicles, ensuring plant health and visual appeal while adhering to safety standards.

We value someone eager to learn, reliable, with basic horticulture knowledge. This role offers hourly pay between $20.00 and $22.00 and full-time hours in a hospitality-driven golf facility.

Qualifications

• Background and experience with horticulture and landscape design is desired.
• Ability to read and speak English for job duties.
• Less than high school education or up to one month related experience.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Care for turf area, ornamental trees, shrubs, bedding plants, and flowers.
• Prepare soil for planting beds and lawn areas; mulch beds.
• Operate mowers, weed trimmers and utility vehicles.
• Install, water and maintain trees, shrubs, hedges, turf grass and flowers.
• Monitor plant health and visual appeal; apply fertilizers/herbicides/pesticides as needed.
• Prune and trim trees and shrubs; remove dead/damaged trees and shrubs.
• Maintain a clean landscape environment through trash removal and debris cleanup.
• Incorporate safe work practices in job performance.
• Maintain landscape through mulch, water, fertilizer and grooming.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.
