Job summary

Feather Sound Country Club in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Greenskeeper to maintain turf, landscaping, and hazards for optimal playability and aesthetics. You will support agronomic tasks, operate equipment, and assist with daily course prep under supervision.

Responsibilities include mowing, aeration, fertilizing, bunker work, irrigation support, and safety adherence. Must be available for early mornings, weekends, and holidays in a physically active outdoor role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent.
• 1+ year groundskeeping or related experience.
• Proficient in using manual and power tools safely.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to understand and receive instruction in English.
• Works cooperatively with others in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Turf maintenance: mow and trim greens, tees, fairways, and roughs.
• Perform aeration, topdressing, fertilizing, seeding/sodding.
• Rake and edge bunkers; daily course setups and hole location changes.
• Operate and maintain grounds maintenance equipment.
• Assist with irrigation and drainage tasks.
• Follow OSHA and club safety protocols; PPE usage.
• Ability to work early mornings; weekends and holidays.
