Qualifications

• Experience in golf course maintenance, landscaping, groundskeeping, equipment maintenance preferred.
• Mechanical experience with small and diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical troubleshooting is desirable.
• Ability to safely operate maintenance equipment.
• Dependable with good attendance and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine golf course maintenance (mowing, edging, debris removal).
• Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair maintenance equipment and small engines.
• Perform preventative maintenance (oil changes, lubrication, blade sharpening, etc.).
• Maintain maintenance records.
• Assist with setting up the course for daily play and events.
• Safely operate tractors, mowers, and other grounds equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized maintenance shop.
• Report issues and recommend repairs or replacements.
• Follow OSHA and club safety procedures.
• Assist with snow removal and seasonal duties.
