Job summary

The Union League Golf Club at Torresdale in Philadelphia is seeking a Grounds Crew Member to maintain the golf course and surrounding grounds. No golf course maintenance experience is required; all duties can be taught.

You will work outdoors in varying weather, approximately 5:00 am to 5:00 pm, with flexible scheduling for full-time seasonal or part-time seasonal roles. Uniform shirts and safety gear are provided; employee meals are offered when the clubhouse kitchen is open, and there are

• The role requires physical fitness and the ability to move quickly across grounds.
• Ability to walk 5-7 miles per day at a brisk pace.
• Self-motivated with a sense of urgency.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Punctual and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
