Job summary

BrightView Landscapes in Daytona Beach, FL is seeking a Groundsperson to maintain golf course grounds by mowing turf, edging, blowing, pruning shrubs, and clearing leaves and trash. You will follow safety guidelines and support greenskeeping tasks as assigned.

This entry-level role requires no prior experience; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and contribute to a well‑kept course and welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position; no prior experience or training required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow turf areas with small push mowers.
• Trim and edge using a gas-powered edger/trimmer.
• Operate a gas-powered blower.
• Trim shrubs and low trees to shape and improve growth.
• Pick up leaves, trash, and grass, and dispose.
• Weed by hand or with a hoe or hula hoe.
• May include Greenskeeper and/or Irrigator duties.
