Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Groundsperson to maintain golf course grounds, including mowing turf, trimming edges, and clearing debris. This entry-level role welcomes applicants with or without prior experience and may require bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities include mowing, edging, blowing leaves, pruning shrubs, and occasional greenskeeper or irrigator duties. The outdoor environment demands physical stamina and adaptability to varying weather.

Qualifications

• Entry-level position, no prior experience or training required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Mow small turf areas using fly-mo or small push power mowers.
• Trim and edging using a gas-powered edger/trimmer.
• Operate a gas-powered blower.
• Trim shrubs and low trees to shape using shears, pruners, or gas-powered hedge trimmers.
• Pick up leaves, trash, cut grass, and place onto a truck or trailer.
• Perform weeding by hand or using a garden hoe or hula hoe.
• May include Greenskeeper and/or Irrigator duties as assigned.
