Job summary

Mountain Lake Corporation is seeking a Park Services Manager to oversee golf course grounds and a maintenance crew. You will supervise daily operations, irrigation, fertilization, weed control, and facility upkeep across all common areas.

Responsibilities include driving range setup, court maintenance, trash collection, and coordinating with senior staff. A Florida Pesticide License or eligible license within 6 months is required, with a team of about 5 under supervision.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Excel, Word and basic computer use.
• Knowledge of pesticide, fertilizer and herbicide labels and safety directions.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and read chemical labels.

Responsibilities

• Mow, edge, weed eat, and blow common areas across the golf property.
• Irrigation maintenance and regular fertilization of common areas.
• Spray weeds and manage turf beds as directed by supervisor.
• Set up driving range daily and maintain tennis courts and other facilities.
• Manage trash pickup routes and coordinate with the Grounds team.
• Lead a crew of about 5 and communicate with Golf Course Management.
