Job summary

Northgate Country Club in Houston is seeking a dependable golf course maintenance team member to help keep the grounds to a high standard. This role focuses on general maintenance, mowing, and daily upkeep of greens, tees, fairways, and surrounding areas.

You will work early mornings, perform physical labor outdoors, lift up to 50 lbs, and operate basic maintenance equipment. Prior golf course experience is a plus but not required; bilingual English/Spanish is helpful.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Available for early morning shifts.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Physical labor flexibility and willingness to learn.
• Golf course/grounds maintenance experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general golf course maintenance and landscaping duties.
• Mow and maintain turfgrass and surrounding areas.
• Assist with course setup and daily maintenance.
• Maintain bunkers, greens, tees, fairways, and other golf course areas.
• Operate maintenance equipment as needed.
• Assist with seasonal projects and course improvements.
• Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.
• Work effectively as part of a maintenance team.
