Job summary

Crescent Hotels & Resorts invites applicants for an Equipment Operator at the Golden Horseshoe Golf Club in Williamsburg, VA. Under supervision, you will operate a variety of golf course equipment and perform routine maintenance and clean-up tasks. A valid driver’s license, basic maintenance skills, and good communication are required.

Qualifications

• Safe operation of golf course machinery and tools.
• Maintain and log equipment maintenance and fuel use.
• Operate and assist in course setup and maintenance tasks.
• Demonstrate professionalism and reliability under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate greens mows, trimmers, and other course equipment.
• Clean and perform basic repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain logs for equipment maintenance and fluids (gas/oil).
• Assist with course maintenance tasks: trimming, sod, drainage, bunkers.
