Job summary

The Bridgewater Club LLC is seeking a Golf Landscaper/Greenskeeper to support routine maintenance of the golf course under the supervision of the course staff. Responsibilities include operating light equipment, maintaining bunkers, and assisting in greens, tees, and fairways projects.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and work outdoors in varying weather. Weekend work is expected as business demands.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform manual labor related to golf course maintenance.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and operate light equipment.
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate string trimmers, edgers, and backpack blowers safely.
• Maintain bunkers and standard course greens, tees, fairways.
• Return equipment to designated locations after use; report issues.
• Assist in greens, tees, and fairways construction and seeding as needed.
• Seed tees, greens, and fairways; lay sod where required.
• Keep the course clean and safe; wear required safety gear.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisor.
