Job summary

JDM Golf in Arizona is seeking an Equipment Operator to maintain and cut grass on tees, fairways, roughs, greens and fringes. You will operate mowers, tractors, trimmers, blowers, and a variety of hand tools to keep the course in top condition.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the flexibility to work weekends or holidays. A High School diploma is preferred and golf course maintenance experience is a plus. We offer benefits and parking.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED preferred.
• Experience in golf course maintenance or landscaping is a plus.
• Ability to operate golf course equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to bend, lift, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mow tees, fairways, roughs, greens, and fringes with riding and walking mowers.
• Operate utility tractors, trimmers, blowers, and other maintenance tools.
• Rake bunkers, water greens, and perform routine grounds maintenance tasks.
• Assist with irrigation repairs and basic equipment maintenance.
