Job summary

Bluejack National is seeking a Golf Course Grounds Crew member to support agronomy operations on the course. You will operate turf equipment, maintain bunkers, and assist with soil preparation and turf care while keeping safety a priority.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a commitment to high standards and member service. Training and on-site supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Operate all turf equipment on the golf course.
• Ability to work independently and with a team.
• Knowledge of hand tools and basic maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate hover mowers and string trimmers around trees and edges.
• Edge, rake, and maintain sand bunkers and sand traps.
• Perform daily equipment checks and report issues to supervisor.
• Load, transport, and clean equipment; assist with project work.
• Ensure safety for golfers and staff during operations.
• Attend meetings and promote club activities.
